    What I would like to do in 90 days? I would like to lose as much weight as possible towards my goal and at least 20 pounds if possible. Also, working out 4-5 times a week and getting toned all over.

    Would like to accomplish in 90 day: Lose 25 lbs. Log my food every day, exercise at least 30 minutes 4 times per week. My main goal is to be consistent so I end up making lasting changes.

    my 90 day goal is to lose the 11 pounds I have gained back, stay walking every day & begin eating right again.

    MY PLAN is to WALK every day for 1 to 2 hours & eat healthier. I can do this again.... But I can use the challenge to help me with motivation & hopefully I can pick up some good friends along the way.

    Okay here we go...2012 is coming fast and I am ready for a new me and I am hoping others will join.
    I am putting together the 90 days to a better you Challenge.
    Each week I will post up a challenge and you guys can post up your results.
