If i can lose a little more, that would be awesome! However, what I'd like to accomplish in 90 days is to be more accountable for my calorie intake. I want to make exercise as routine to me as breathing in air. I want my efforts to show on me when I put on clothes, so I look healthier. So this 90 day challenge is just the beginning to a new me. I could use some freind support if anyone wants to add me.0 -

my 90 day goal is to lose the 11 pounds I have gained back, stay walking every day & begin eating right again.
i started this journey on MFP last year just after Thankgiving & I had lost all my weight, just to have put 11 pounds back on. And for a girl 5'3" thats a lot of weight.
MY PLAN is to WALK every day for 1 to 2 hours & eat healthier. I can do this again.... But I can use the challenge to help me with motivation & hopefully I can pick up some good friends along the way.0 -
