    I have a goal to attain by my upcoming birthday, and that is to be at my Goal weight. Through hard work and motivation, I hope to reach it. If i can be a rolemodel and an example for the rest of my "heavier" family members, it'll make me feel like i'm contributing to the family (and survival of humanity). :heart:

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 days: I'd like to work up to working out 3-5 days a week (REGULARLY) and build some muscle mass. I also want to incorporate more veggies into my diet and drink AT LEAST 64 oz. OF WATER A DAY!

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I wanna lose at least 7lbs in ninety days but mostly tone up my legs and stomach. I wanna fit into a size 5 jeans again!

    Definitely up for doing a before and after, though my goal isn't drastic it probably won't show much of a difference..

    I would like to try to lose 15 lbs in 90 days but if I can loose alittle more I am fine with that. I would also like to develop more muscles to where it is actually define. I will be adding before and after pictures really soon.

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I want to lose 7 pounds and be in the best shape of my life before my b-day in April. I want to incorporate running in my life. Currently I try to be on the treadmill at least three times a week. I'm trying to make more time here and there to also include weight training but with working full time and having a toddler that is sometimes not easy. So I need some motivation to stay on track!
