    During the 90 days I would like to lose at least 20lbs- it's doable right?- Although 30 would be awesome. Go from exercising spasmodically(changes from week to week depending on how lazy I am) to 5-6 times a week. Eat healthier and stay within my calorie intake.

    Within 90 days I would like to get as at least 10 pounds of, tone up my tummy and build up my running. I am also aiming to eat cleaner by cutting out my sweets & choc.

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I would love to fit into my old clothes (especially those I haven't gotten the chance to wear because it doesn't fit anymore), be more active, have more energy, and feel better about myself .

    I'm totally up for this. I attempted to lose weight this last year but kept giving up but I've told myself that I'm not going to keep being unhappy with the way I look and to do it properly this year. Plus Christmas is a great excuse to treat yourself one last time :P

    What I want to accomplish in 90 days: I'll attempt to lose the 25 pounds although I know it'll be a push over 90 days. But in general, I just want to have better fitness and feel healthier. OH and a flatter stomach. I'm 18 but feel like I'm 80!

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I'm pretty close to goal weight, but it takes me forever to get there (it's been nearly a year to lose 8 pounds). My goal is more food related- I need to stop eating junk and get at or under my calorie goal each day.
