Great job! My only recommendation is to get out of that mentality of having a "mom" body. Never give yourself that reason of "well I have a mom body" because subconsciously you are telling yourself you can't look as good as a woman in her 20's which is absolutely false. Keep up with the great work you are doing and you can look just as good if not better then your younger counterparts. I would also recommend (if you haven't already) hitting some heavy weight training with your cardio. This way you can tone and tighten your muscle.0
