    Cardio and core day.

    Challenged to keep up my streak this weekend though. Heading to Ann Arbor to coach hockey. Hotel has a workout room but time may be an issue. Especially Saturday.

    Thanks, Mollie. I have to admit, this has been a bigger job than I expected it to be, but it's great to see so many people being so active.

    Had 9 as of last night when I posted, but was able to make it to the gym last night before midnight to make it 10 of 10.

    Did cadiac rehab this morning, so it's now 11 of 11 as of today.
