    hello , i am impress i alway taught we had to deep fried the sucker, Oven baked egg roll is a new one to me, is that mean you had to keep turning them every 5 minutes so it cooks evenly ? What about the inside sauce ? where they spilling out of the egg roll ?

    Good question! If you use a wire rack to bake them it will bake on all sides.. that way you won't have to turn them!

    It looks great! I wouldn't use blue cheese, or any slaw....What else could I use?

    I bet mozzarella cheese would be good too! Or maybe pepper jack to add a little more 'umph' It would change the calories but probably not by much!
