Words that Should be Banned for 2012

We all have those words or acronyms that sometimes we receive that you wish would be banned from anyone using...Especially on those days when we feel like we have went extremely hard and all we recieve is this on our status..I will start it off: I am going to list my TOP Five..

Number #1-GM
#2-WTG
#3- Awesome
#4-You Rock
#5-Amazing

    "Good Burn".....when I obviously was being lazy and only walked around the corner and recorded it under 10 min walk 89 cal burned! LOL

    1. Swag and any variation of the word
    2. 30-day shred (sorry, this is not the only workout in the universe and if I see one more post about "Is anyone doing this?", I'm screaming!)
    3. Anything that sounds like quitting or giving up because you went weak
    4. TOM
    5. "Should I eat_____?" - The answer is always YES! Then workout. =)
