I decided to pull out the DVD and see if I can do them this time and I found I could do at least 1 mile now! It doesn't seem like much to most of you but if I can do a mile of exercising with this program, I am doing good.
We all have to start somewhere. One mile is more than what you were doing so pat yourself on the back. Yeah, I wish I could do JM 30 Day Shred, but I am NO WHERE NEAR THAT! But I can walk and that's more than what I was doing.
I agree! I just have to work myself up to one mile and remember to pace myself!0 -

You can create a playlist if you have an account and then you can play them all consecutively. (I have also recently discovered that I can put them on my RealPlayer (free download) and not download the commercials! This is a much smoother transition even than as a YouTube playlist.)

For anyone looking for a couple of inexpensive Leslie Sansone DVDs - Target has a 2 pack of DVDs for $9.99. The 2 videos included are: 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk, and Walk Your Belly Flat (3 miles also).
This pack of DVDs is in the seasonal section (where the Christmas stuff WAS) - not with the regular fitness stuff.

Tonight I walked 60 minutes with Leslie's Walk and Tone workout. 4 miles and using resistance bands for upper body workout.
Busy the next two nights so may not get my next workout in until friday night...

left home yesterday for the week and forgot my five really big miles dvd at home so i had to go to walmart last night and get me another dvd so i got her walk slim fast and firm 4 really big miles, so the rest of this week i will be doing 4 miles instead of 5. took me 60 mins to do 4 miles so my overall for the month is 54 miles, today i did 4 miles.
