Tonight I did Aqua Jog class for 60 minutes and burned 315 calories using HRM. Probably do 2 more work outs this week so have surpassed my goal for month! Yay!

Just discovered a new Leslie Sansone that I hadn't seen before. Found it at the library yesterday and did it last night. It is called Walk the walk i believe, all the music are christian songs. There is both a 1 mile and a 2 mile work out. I really enjoyed it. I do miss the bar at the bottom that lets you know how far you've gone though but she does tell you when you've hit the one mile.

Yesterday was a good day for walking outside and I walked over 6 miles. I walked around the mall (around the outside of the mall) and when I got home Isaac was antsy so I took him out for a LOOONG walk in the neighborhood. Kind of sad to see all the poor broken trees from last week's snow, ice and wind storms.0

I'm getting some walking in, but not having the ticker any longer makes it difficult to keep motivated. I'm not consistant with my walks like I used to. So I need to really get back in the grove.
I'm celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday tomorrow, So I may not walk tomorrow. :ohwell:

Hi I just joined My Fitness Pal again, needing to get back to regular exercising again. LS is a great start.
I know it's late January but I am commiting to 10 miles for the last few days of, if that is ok?
I am super excited and ready to get moving.

It worked... You go to tickerfactory. com, set up a account on the last page look for the "bbCode"
Copy and paste the "(img)- (img)" code only to each post you like. It's a bit more to do but worth for the extra motivation.0 -
:sad: Im done for the month at 41miles. Legs are really hurting, will rest up and do upperbody or something. Look forward to trying again next month.

806 minutes / 720 exercise minutes for January
Today I did 48 minutes on the treadmill-random terrain at the gym. Felt great! Didn't make time for strength training but Monday night I get to go to Aquajog and I'll get plenty of resistance training in then so not too worried.
