Wow - I am not going back to the gym until there is widespread vaccine uptake! I cancelled my membership and want to figure out how to retrieve my belongings from my gym locker.
Home workouts are what I will be doing for these next months/years.1 -
Hey kids, hope all is well. I received a notification from MFP congratulating me for 8 years. Hoorah!!!
Squat University is my newfound friend. The techniques provided is better squat form. I was able to do pause squats without fear. I am taking this down time to focus on PT, and more variety in my programming.

Gotta back burner MAX:30. I’m selling my house and there were lots of showings yesterday with more today. Already got an offer. I’ll squeeze in some routines where I can, but it’s looking like weights at the gym in the mornings followed by packing and or Pokémon hunting with the pup so they can show my house.0 -

Congrats on 8 years, caramel!
I am steady-eddie....lifting one day, cardio the next day, and then usually a “walk outside” day. While the weather is warm I do want tone outside as much as possible.
I am not losing scale-weight, which sucks. I will try to cut my portions back a little bit. BOOM!0 -

The time only gets faster and faster, caramel. For awhile, C19 slowed everything down....a crawl with the wait-and-see to what was coming. Now that the virus is here, and adaptation is happening, time has sped right back up and it is amazing (to me) that 2/3 of calendar year 2020 has come and gone. Blows. My. Mind.1
