I’m out of town most of this week, so Monday I did the Monday and Tuesday programs. Death by deadlift volume, then 3rep max lo bar back squat. Got a nice little PR of 3reps at 60 kg. Followed by 3 sets of 8 reps. at 90 lbs bench. Super tired and super happy and super hungry all day Tuesday.2

New to all of this. Really wanting to shed a large chunk of weight. And I know I am being selfish because it is not for health reasons (Which I know it will be) but I am actually tired of my clothes being super tight on me, and always wearing the bigger shirts that drape over me. And I dont want to be tired with hanging with my kids. They are getting older but still want to have fun and hang out. And lastly, I want to fit in amusement park rides without worrying if they fit or waiting for my kids to get off riding them. And lastly I want to be a good role model for my kids to stay active and continue a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying life.
It seems that tracking my food and making room for exercise just about every night has started to help.
Look forward to reading on here. Found some good tips already

Hi cool kids,
Managed another great hike yesterday. This one was 9km and took us 3 hours. It was tough as the park received a lot of snow. It made walking a bit of a challenge as the ground was slippery. Sure was beautiful though.

Got a quick run in yesterday. Was pressed for time, so did 4.5km. Better than nothing. It was bridge night last night, so that meant "dessert".1 -
Did a HIIT workout this morning called "20 hard minutes".
Sprint 20 yds. - rest - sprint back 20 yds.
Push the prowler 20 yds. - rest - push it back.
Sprint 20 yds. - rest - sprint back 20 yds.
Pull the 300 lb. anchor chain 20 yds. - rest - pull it back.
Sprint 20 yds. - rest - sprint back 20 yds.
Weighted carry 20 yds. - rest - carry it back.
Repeat this entire cycle.
Takes 20 minutes on 50 second intervals. No one was talking at the end. I'm going to do this once or twice a week on non-lifting days.

I'm 42, lost 55 pounds 7 yrs go. Went from 230 to 171. CW 179 to 183. Struggling to get to 165. Time to toss all the fat burners , metabolism pill...quick fix diet aids in the trash do this all natural
I want to be that healthy lean mom my son's friends say Wow she got it together and looks healthy, looks up too.
