I am glad you posted because MFP has me eating 1320 cals a day and at times I still feel hungry because I burn over 1000 cals a day :grumble:, something must not be right. For all the working out I do I would have thought to be a little further along now but I am not. Maybe my body needs more fuel!!!0

BTW-im not sure if you remember me, but i emailed you a while back(last year I believe). I was frustrated with my plateau and you recommend that i step up my intensity...well....I started running and although my scale isn't really moving that much(which has me scratching my head,lol),I am however losing inches. So thank you for that!0 -

I just want to say TAM, accept my friends request on Facebook will ya? what does a boy have to do? geeesh Oh and NIIIIIICE new picture... I LOVE IT!!! You are atruely an artist when it comes to capturing what I like!
