    LOL, i know. I might actually do 30 day shred tonight. Those 11 calories are great motivation :) I absolutely love this challenge!

    Total for the week 3641 calories burned 151 over my goal. Next week 3600 is my goal.
    Today was my weigh in day down 6 lbs this week.................21 lbs total since the 1st of the year.......................
    I love this site and exspecially this group it makes me have to be accountable for my cardio and diet.
