Just wondering what other mfp'ers are eating today!
Mine looked like:
1 cup frozen grapes, 1.25 cups rice chex, 1 cup silk, .5 cup sauteed (lightly oiled) veggies, and 2 vegetarian sausage patties.
what about yours?

Two mini sausage patties (150 calorie) and a Crystal Light Orange Sunrise mixed in with my water (I pretend it's OJ) for 10 calories.0

Sonic Drive-In Jr. bacon, egg and cheese burrito for 288 calories after burning that off at the gym (lol), but it was really good.0

4 California rolls and fresh coffee with 1tsp of sugar and 1.5 tbls of light cream0

An onion bagel. No spread but deliciously warmed and soft. 232 calories but worth it.0

Honey Nut Cheerios with Skim Milk ( So Sugary but so good, the only cold cereal I can stand eating)0

2 cups skim milk, 1 flatout flatbread w/ 2 tbsp natural unsalted peanut butter, 1 hard boiled egg0

1 fried egg, 1 fried tomato, 1/2 cup fried mushrooms
with either couple of sausages, or a burger or 2 rashers bacon
All fried in that spray stuff rather than actual lard/oil0 -
oatmeal! keeps me full and it's something quick and warm--today i added a tablespoon of pb, 1 tablespoon of chocolate granola and 2 tsp of light brown sugar--really peanut buttery so may change it up for next time but was nice to have something diff.0
