Just wondering what other mfp'ers are eating today!
Mine looked like:
1 cup frozen grapes, 1.25 cups rice chex, 1 cup silk, .5 cup sauteed (lightly oiled) veggies, and 2 vegetarian sausage patties.
what about yours?
1 1/3 cup organic granola
1 cup milk
400g's egg whites
2 5.3 oz dannon greek yogurt, plain.
usually I have eggs mixed w/ egg whites & chicken as well.
tomorrow I'm having eggs, egg whites, chicken on thin bagel w/ cheese and tomato, chobani greek vanilla & some green tea.0 -

Chobani greek yogurt
Well, judging from the picture, I guess Chobani greek yogurt is the breakfast to eat. :-)0 -
Two slices "Dave's Killer Bread" (whole wheat/grain) and 1/2 large avocado, mashed and spread on the toast. Also, coffee of course! With a little 1% and Stevia to sweeten.0

4 egg whites cooked in 1/2 tsp olive oil with some ketchup and a piece of Rye toast with 1.5 tbsp light peanut butter and a tbsp of jam. And an apple probably on the way to the gym if I'm hungry after class.. don't know if I will be but can't hurt to be prepped.0

One package of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal made with water,,,,,,and a blueberry if I've been good0

1 package of quaker instant butter grits and two scrambled eggs in nonstick spray with sugar free flavor packet in water (250 calories)0

I made pumpkin spiced malt-o-meal this morning. Malt-o-meal, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, crushed almonds, and almond milk.
So filling.
Sipped coffee after.0 -

I eat every 2-3 hours, so this is my "second breakfast"!
