    I'm only 45 but I have a water suggestion...lol Keep a 8oz glass sitting next to the sink and drink a glass when you go to the sink throughtout the day and those add up quick..it helped me get use to drinking water. I have a 16 oz glass there now ..its noon and ive already got my 8 in for the day...but will have 2 more before the day is done.. I love it now. Hope that helps you! :)

    61 here. I love Good Earth Sweet and Spicy tea. It is decaf, zero calories, and the taste is so strong you will want to make 2 cups per bag at least. I also drink a lot of organic decaf coffee. Cinnamon Hazelnut with a little low fat milk. Much more fun than water, although I know it's good for you.

    I'm 55. I use the Crystal Light packets with water and also drink alot of green tea throughout the day.

    I hate water also. Sometimes I drink it with a straw that that seems to help.:drinker: :drinker:

    It's true! The older I get, the younger, at heart, I feel. The awareness of one's mortality tends to have this type of effect on people.
