Cottage cheese and a kashi tlc dark mocha almond granola bar.0

I know I shouldn't do this practice but I try not to eat breakfast - over the years I have found it seems to stimulate my hunger threshold. I've tried different foods and find it just gets in the way. I just stay with some coffee / tea and go on from there until late morning or lunchtime.0
