    What chaps me is "armchair experts" who refute what I am saying because they think that they know better than my knowledge and experience. I work in nutrition, so every single day is spent devoted to helping people acheive health through nutrition, researching current trends, and counseling folks on proper diet. I would have to say that something that I post coming from my experience in my weight loss progress and my chosen profession have more weight than someone who read a book or website and with inadequate medical and scientific sources.

    It's funny how people refute what you're saying with current peer reviewed literature and you refuse to acknowledge it

    And i would call sources like the ones listed below inadequate medical and scientific sources

    I'm sorry but this is mindboggling. I read your other post, the one i suspect this is referring to, and was going to respond, then changed my mind. Your sources were anything but scientific or medical sources and they cited 0 scientific sources. They were basically the same type of sites you are complaining people read then say they know more than you, crap articles written on the internet. I am not even debating if they were right or wrong, but your sources alone weren't legit.
    You said that you studied nutrition, but didn't mention any degrees. You also say your work in nutrition and refer to your chosen profession, but not what exactly you do, which to me can mean a lot of things.

    I think the most annoying this is when someone posts a question, doesn't like the answers they get, and then they get the thread deleted. Can we say LOSER???

    What gets me are threads that are 7 pages long by the time I even see them, then I can't keep up reading the responses as fast as people are posting them, and I end up just adding a response at the end without reading the last 4 pages of responses to see if anyone posted the same thing, just like I'm doing now, lol.

    Sometimes I think we should get off our high horses about what's healthy and what's not. I know we are all excited about eating right and knowing all this knew information and we want to share it, but belittling others and making it seem as if you know best is not the best way to do it.

    MFP = My Fitness pals.

    If you want to do things that are deeply unhealthy when the aim of the website is to promote a community that supports healthy living and eating, people will comment. It should be done in a positive way, yes, but some people grow tired of giving the same answer to 500 people.
