    I'm looking to follow the same type of plan, how many minutes rest do you take between your lifting sets, and do you do any sets to failure or do you skip that because of your high volume of sets and reps?

    I'm looking to follow the same type of plan, how many minutes rest do you take between your lifting sets, and do you do any sets to failure or do you skip that because of your high volume of sets and reps?

    I take 1 minute - 2 minute break between sets (til heart rate goes below 140 for me) and I lift every set to failure. As I am going max weight on each set. I'll adjust as I go on. Hope that helps!
