Wowza it's February 6th and today was my first ride of the month. Slacking! I've been sick since last Wednesday and holy moly did it feel good to be back in the saddle today! My first Century Ride (metric, even though I'm in the US ) is Feb. 18th.
February goal: 300 (staying the same as Jan since I'm getting a late start AND it's a short month. I'll up it in March!)

Got a 20 mile road ride in on Monday.
W00t! Been in bed sick the rest of the week, pretty much (excepting a two-mile-or-less jaunt to catch a bus to make a doctor's appointment). Probably, in retrospect, should've skipped that 20 miler on Monday and gone a little easier, but ... you know, hindsight.
