    I don't try to set a goal in the winter months due to the cold and the rain. I am just content to get out and ride when I can. So far, I have only had two outdoor rides this month, but I am hopeful that will soon change. Here are my rides/activities so far:

    Feb 1 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 3 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 5 - Outdoor Ride - 41.07 miles
    Feb 8 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 10 - Outdoor Ride - 94.76 miles

    Total - 165.83 miles (30.00 indoor, 135.83 outdoor)

    Oops! I've not been in and updated yet. I pulled my achilles tendon a couple of weeks ago so I've not been cycling a great deal. I don't think I'm going to make my target this month.

    A little late but I'd like to get to 300 by End of month just to hit the 1000miles got alot in in Jan 770 in total but due to family stuff have struggled this month with only 162miles so far.

    hi friends....

    i haven't post in a while...it turns out that i now have bronchitis , and have to starts antibiotics and an inhaler, along with some cough med at night(cant take it during the day or i will be sleeping all day and night)the stress of moving has manifested itself by one a stomach flu and now bronchitis, i have been sick it seems all of February, i have only been able to workout 3 days, and now i wont be able to workout for at least a week..., flowerforyou
