    @dcmat - -14'C and freezing fog - ouch - you should come to the "Costa Del Wakefield" mate - 4'C Bright and Sunny this afternoon - dropped a bit after 3:30pm though, once sun was behind a cloud or two, but at least I got out there on some dry roads!!

    Had a good ride today outside. 37* F. Temp wasn't all the bad but didn't realize the wind was as strong as it was. Headed west and could only get 9.5 mph max. so headed north. Good workout wind still pushing bike sideways. 14.5 miles - ave. 12.1 mph.

    I don't try to set a goal in the winter months due to the cold and the rain. I am just content to get out and ride when I can. So far, I have only had two outdoor rides this month, but I am hopeful that will soon change. Here are my rides/activities so far:

    Feb 1 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 3 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 5 - Outdoor Ride - 41.07 miles
    Feb 8 - Spin Class - 10.00 miles
    Feb 10 - Outdoor Ride - 94.76 miles

    Total - 165.83 miles (30.00 indoor, 135.83 outdoor)
