I would like to be a part of this. I get on the scale each morning. I know that it changes from day to day; even morning to afternoon. I am aware of water retention as well. I do this because it keeps me motivated to continue on. When I see the scale moving upwards I ask myself if it is a couple of things; time of the month? Did I eat a lot of salt? Did I binge a little? I hold myself responsible for my actions. This is just another tool I use. I only count the weigh in on Mondays at WW as an official weight.

I would like to join. I weigh myself every morning around the same time. I have three beautiful girls. My oldest daughter we adopted from Mexico. My 2nd daughter was born after 12 years of marriage (thought we could not have children) and my youngest daughter was born in Mexico. We are missionaries.

My name is Susan and I have lost about 15 lbs in the last year but I have 30 to go. I am 61, have had my hormones balanced, I'm on thyroid, I have sleep apnea but on a CPAP. Everything is fixed that I know to fix but I can't seem to lose or I lose so slowly that it is hardly noticeable. I exercise almost every day and maintain 1200 to 1500 caloried. I sit at my job all day and also drive 2 hours a day (between coming and going). I need to lose this weight for my health and because I am going on a month-long vacation in August. The weeks keep slipping by and my weight stays the same. I am so frustrated!

Hi, I'm Kim. I weigh myself everyday that I go to work. I am a nurse and we have a digital scale right next to my desk. Very easy for me to just slip my shoes off and hop on every morning before I eat. Sometimes I get discouraged when the number is up, but other times I'm happy when it's down. I only log the weight on MFP once a week and the number is usually pretty steady on here. But those little changed each day give me feed back about if I ate too much the day before, didn't drink enough, didn't move enough, etc.
