Hi everyone.
My name is Epiphany. I just started faithfully losing weight last week. I been trying since this past January but kept allowing myself to cheat and slip. My starting weight was 272. My goal is 160. I also weigh myself daily. I do it because I like to see how the foods and exercises effect my weight.

Hi, I'm Caroline, aged 39 (almost 40!) , mum of a gorgeous 8 year old girl. Since starting MFP I have weighed myself every other day. My starting weight 4 weeks ago was 141 lbs, I now weight 133.2lbs. I walk at least 10k a day and try to do other exercise daily to, but due to several injuries have been limited to what I can do. My weight today 133.20

Hi my name is Emily, and I am a mom of 3 plus my boyfriend has 2, so no confusion I have 2 previous marriage he has 2 previous marriage and we have one together lol, we are the friggen brady bunch... ok I am an everyday weight checker, it keeps me on track, and if I don't weigh in I probably wont measure out my food and I will probably eat way to much that day and then I will give up and gain it all back ... but I have been doing so great, I have been walking 2-3 times a day and watching what I eat so weighingI in really helps me w that, it keeps me focused on my goal, and I started a while ago with ups and downs at 196 and I weighed in today at 179.6... see it works for me...0

i weighed in yesterday at 132.8 and thought 'that can't be right; it must be water weight from skiing and hockey', but i weighed in this morning at 132.5. now i am thinking is was a real gain, which is frustrating after being 128 just a few days ago. dang it, dang it, dang it. hope everyone else is doing better than i am.0

I weigh myself almost every day, most days... I used to several times a day, then didn't at all for a while (and gained weight back), and definitely do better when I weigh pretty much daily. I don't let myself more than 1x a day and always try for the morning.
