    I'm a few days late but I'm back for another month.

    So targets....

    10 miles swimming.
    250 miles bike.
    75 running.

    So far...

    3 Feb, 1 mile swim

    I found you all. I have already made some progress...but just late in posting for the month
    Caught up on the end of Jan and I am so inspired by everyone. Great work everyone! Less days in Feb, but I am up to the challenge! :smile:

    Total jog/walk: 7.75. slow start.

    FEBRUARY GOALS (a bit more than January)
    Swim: 15 miles
    Bike: 200 miles (I might go completely insane doing that on the trainer)
    Walk/Run: 32 miles

    1. 1.84 mi 31 min walk/run and 9 mi 37 min bike on trainer
    2. 8.33 mi 37 min bike and 1.14 mi 45 min swim
    3. 2.00 mi 34 min walk/run and 1.02 mi 37 min swim
    4. 20.09 mi 83 min bike on trainer

    TRACKING PROGRESS:
    Swim: 2.16 miles
    Bike: 37.42 miles
    Walk/Run: 3.84 miles

    February is complicated by having a houseguest for a week and then a business trip. We'll see how it goes.
