Caught up on the end of Jan and I am so inspired by everyone. Great work everyone! Less days in Feb, but I am up to the challenge!

Bike: 200 miles (I might go completely insane doing that on the trainer)
Walk/Run: 32 miles
1. 1.84 mi 31 min walk/run and 9 mi 37 min bike on trainer
2. 8.33 mi 37 min bike and 1.14 mi 45 min swim
3. 2.00 mi 34 min walk/run and 1.02 mi 37 min swim
4. 20.09 mi 83 min bike on trainer
