    Swim: 15 miles (anything over 12 is progress)
    Bike: 200 miles (I might go completely insane doing that on the trainer)
    Walk/Run: 32 miles (anything over 30 is progress)

    I might not quite make the run goal, but I'm doing a specificwalk/run plan and I don't want to screw with it since it's worked so far. :noway:
