I'm 5'3" and at around 127-127. It seems to be a happy weight for me.

Question for you petite gals-do you all find you have skinny wrists/forearms? Mine look small in comparison to the rest of me. I'm right in the middle of my healthy weight range, though.:flowerforyou:

I am 5'3", and started my fitness pal at 154. This morning I weighed in at 149.2 , 4 lb. loss in one week! I'm not sure what my goal weight SHOULD be, but I'm shooting for 20 lb. to lose, so GW = 134. I used to be 132 in high school.

I'm 4'11" and used to weigh 285, I lost 150, got down to 135, I have never been able to maintain it that low. I have gained a bit back and my goal is to get to 145, I'm currently 180, but did maintain the 150 lb loss for 15 yrs. It all depends on your body structure, with muscle mass u cant get too low, even though they say 94 to 128 lbs at the most. Its too low for some people, just somethng to think about.

I am 5'1" and 126 lbs. My goal is between 105 and 108 lbs. I want to achieve that without depriving myself so I will have no difficulties maintaining that weight. I concentrate on healthy food (no wheat, no refined sugar, no processed food) and exercise that I know I will still love doing in 10 years. I hike, trail run and do strength exercises. I am a firm believer in the SLOW movement.

Yep! Right here! I was "graced" with being the shortest person in my family. (5'3") My current weight is 149. My goal is to be 120 lbs. I know I'll get there. I just have to keep at it.

I'm 5 ft and 27 years old. I weighed roughly 100-105 when I graduated high school (2004), but after that I slowly gained (and had a pregnancy as well) until I hit 155 in Jan 2011. I started losing, and am now at 109. I'm aiming for 100-105 but am more focused on body fat percentage of 18%. I'm leaning more towards a very toned/athletic look--something I've never experienced. It's been a slow journey, but so very worth it.

I am 5'3" and original goal was 130. But I am around 144 now and in a size 4. I will probably stop at a size 2, regardless of my weight. Hard to find adult clothes in smaller sizes sometimes. :(

I'm 5'3 sitting at 155 and plan to go to 125-129 lbs then reevaluate. Possibly might like to get back down to pre-pregnancy weight which was 120. But I was always told I was too thin then.

I'm 5"2 and currently weigh 168lbs. My goal is 125, but for now I've set up a goal to reach 145 then go from there. Haven't been 115 since high school... Now I look back and think how crazy I was back then because I so self conscious about my body. What I would give to be that small again :ohwell:

    I'm 5'4"
    HW: 155+
    CW: 135
    GW: 125

Depending on my body fat, and muscles I may stay at a higher weight. As long as I look good, I don't care!

This! Exactly! I'm 5'3", currently 187lbs, and I was under 130lbs in high school. I remember thinking how fat I was then, but now I would LOVE to be back there again. And I will be, soon. :)

I'm 5ft 3, 25 years old, and currently 168lbs. I've set goals on my profile, to be down to 140lbs by the end of the year. I'm going to see how that goes for me, and then decide. Thing is I have a 'broad' frame, so I wouldn't suit being too small. Feel free to add me anyone, I have an open diary :flowerforyou:

I am 5'4" and currently 193. My mom (she's the same height and just a few pounds heavier than me right now) and I have been shooting for 137lbs as our goal for a while now, which is actually what I weighed in 8th grade! Once I get down to that, I will see what I want to do from there. Ideally, I want to get down to 125.

I gave birth 7 months ago and weighed 203 lbs. 4 days prior to the birth of my baby. For about 3 months, I was stuck at 180-ish but have started shedding weight since starting a lifting program for women (Venus Index). I am currently weighing 152 lbs and am 5'3". I am more interested in lowering my body fat %, but my goal weight range is 125-130 lbs.

5'4 tall. My highest was 247 in 2009, I got down to 138 (lowest in my adult life since I've been 18 - and I was about 130 then but definitely "skinny fat") in late 2011. I'm aiming to get down to 130-135 by years end. I'm currently 165lbs., and I'd love to get under 130lbs. but I have a large frame so I'm not sure if it's possible.
