    I have had 1/4 of an avocado almost every single day for a year now. I LOVE avocados and they go with EVERYTHING!

    Unfortunately for me right now it is also probably cheese in its various forms. That is the one culprit truly keeping me from turning vegan right now. I had given it up for a couple months, and then I realized just how bland everything was without it (since I gave up ALL other animal products cold turkey though I still eat things like mayo and bread and the like, it was hard to give up that flavour too and I brought it back in last summer). I do have the goal to someday be off of it entirely, as I would like to be a vegan someday. But that day is not today.

    I have oatmeal almost every day for breakfast. I also eat 7 pretzels and a carton of yogurt most days for lunch.
