If eating peanut butter was an olympic sport, I would have won the Gold medal 44 years in a row.

Eggs (1 whole egg + 2 egg whites, almost every day!), cheese, and frozen ice cream/frozen yogurt bars (Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie bars, and Weight Watches Chocolate Fudge Bars!! ). I can't stay away from them - but at least they give me extra calcium! lol

I can't tell you yet what will end up being my most common food because I'm in the process of changing stuff.

My addiction to CHOCOLATE over the last year is what got me here. This week I'm allowing myself 1 tablespoon of nutella on 1 slice of toast for chocolate craving and no more than 1-2 dark chocolates. Trust me, it's a huge improvement.

It's about portions, finding alternatives and doing things in moderation... what they said. Hopefully over time I will be able to tell you a more nutritious staple.

(I eat cheese in recipes portioned and I like block cheese, but I don't have to have it. I have a problem getting enough calcium though since I don't drink milk. I have to work on that).

Hot sauce. But that's combining my five different hot sauces I use into one category. Sriracha is good on some things, others call for Louisiana or Valentina Extra Hot.

Also apples. Now that they're in season I go through a couple or three pounds a week easy.
