wow-the ways people come up with to "cheat" the scale. Amazing!
Aw, bless your heart! :flowerforyou:0 -
Weighing in at the highest altitude in your home may also help.0

I don't have anything else to add (or suggest subtracting), but one day I noticed a woman at the gym weighing herself stark naked. When I went to use the scale later, clothed, she told me I needed to subtract 5 pounds for clothing. I found this a little bizarre and probably an overestimation considering what one typically wears to the gym.
what do you guys wear to weigh in?
Did you remember to deduct 16 pounds for your shoes? (There has to be some Romy and Michelle fans who will get this )
I invented the post-it note.0 -

I prop my boobs up on the towel rail, we all know that they don't really count as our weight.... right? :laugh:0

I rememeber a woman in weight watchers getting upset one week cos she had gained a couple of pounds after a really good week. It was only after about five mins of crying, that she realised she had her handbag in her hand when she stepped on the scale. when the instructor weighed the bag it was five pounds so the poor girl was actually down three pounds that week. The worst part was she wasn't allowed to weigh in again untill the following week.0

I invented the post-it note.
Oh really? Well then I'm sure you wouldn't mind giving us a detailed account of how exactly you concocted this miracle glue, would you?
Um, well, ordinarily when you make glue first you need to thermoset your resin and then after it cools you have to mix in a Poxide which is really just a fancy schmancy name for any simple oxyginated adhesive, right? And then I thought maybe, just maybe, you could raise the viscosity by adding a complex glucose derivative during the emulsification process and it turns out I was right.0 -
I have waist length hair. It actually would help, in my case....0

also, exhale deeply before stepping on the scale. every little bit helps!0
