30 day shred starting on Monday 20th Feb...any takers??

So my dvd arrived in the post this morning, mixed feelings of excitment and dread lol! So I'm planning on starting it monday morning with my fiance loyally by my side (aawww bless) . Jst wondering if anyone else out there is tarting it on monday or has started it recently, maybe we could encourage and each other and complain about the pain together :laugh:
But seriously looking forward to it and need a quick start as getting married in July WHOOP WHOOP!!:bigsmile:

I've been considering starting it again! So, I'll try it out with you Every second day we do it..And the opposite day we do just cardio.Thats what worked for me the last time I did it! Her workouts are fabulous and lots of fun and really not that hard.0

I'll start doing this again! I think i'll be doing it every other day rather than every day because I'm training for some races at the moment but really need to work on my strength etc so this will be really good!0

so it's not everyday?!?!?! That makes me feel a little better about getting started! The most exercise I've been doing is walking with Leslie Sansone so I was afraid this would be too hard core for me.0 -

Good morning. Just wondering, how to track the shred video? I do it often, for a quick work out when i don't have a lot of time. OIt is really good! I love Jillian! Any ideas?

Brilliant!! shall we do it everyother day the mon, weds fri and one day on the weekend like some people have suggested with cardio in between?

Perfect am training for a race too so every other day sounds great... Will this make it a 60 day shred tho? Cos ur meant to do each level 10 times I think? Or am I being dumb?! I did it before every day and lost about 10 inches all over xx0

Hi all....can I join? I have this dvd about a year now and always get a few days into level 1 before giving up. I need the support and motivation cause I really want to finish this!!!! The furthest I got was about 8 days in and even in that short space of time I could see a real difference so I am excited to see how I will look and feel after 30 days.
Ps anyone waiting on the dvd can find the complete level 1 on YouTube if they need it.

I have been doing the Extreme Shed & Shred also - doing both workouts at once and it KILLS me ~ but it feels so good! on my "easy" workout days i have gone back to 30DS, but i add weights to each move in the cardio and abs circuits ~ drains me but it is such an amazing, quick workout.0 -

sign me up as well. I tried last month and made it to day 6 and stopped. But that was doing it everyday. So if we do it 3 times a week where does that put us at the end, we going out 10 weeks to make 30 days?0

Have tried so many times to start (and stick to !) this but have only ever got as far as day 7.
Going to take measurements this time too.
I'll need to do it every day though to reach my mid-March goal.0
