    I used to have long hair till I saw that I looked like a cocker spanial, so since that day I have shaved it all off till it turns cold

    My rule of thumb is that the guy shouldn't have longer hair than me (I have fairly long hair). The 'shag' is always sexy (chin to shoulder length mop top) but I am not a fan of ponytails on guys, I would say that's a turn off.

    When I was younger I really liked guys with long hair but now that I'm a little older I prefer shorter or medium shaggy kind of look. But hey, if he can rock the look I'm not opposed to taking a peek. :wink:

    Wow you look totally different! It looks good either way. I think you are one one the few men that can actually rock the long hair. I don't think it really matters how a person (male or female) wears their hair. Personality trumps everything.

    my hubby tries different sometimes going from clean cut to cast away style. It doesn't bother me at all. He's still the same guy and it's ok if he has fun with changing hair length or growing mustache and beard. No big deal to me at all.

    I'm sure you'll find a right woman who won't care if you're bold or hairy. Good luck! :)

    Dave grohl is the sexiest man on the planet IMO...so I would have to say yes...but it doesn't work for everyone...And it can't be long like woman hair...just long enough.

    I love long hair on a guy, but only if it suits him and is well cared for. My husband has amazing wavy hair when he wore it long, due to the type of job he has he hasn't been able to grow it out again...so disappointing.. My teenage son has taken up the cause though and has grown his out for the past year with no intention of cutting it anytime soon!

    I guess I missed this over the weekend! I LOVE long hair on a guy. I always have. I have been in 2 relationships in my life and both were with guys that had very long hair AND they took great care of it. I have no idea why that is such a big thing for me but it's just a a major turn-on and I'll break my neck to check out a guy with long locks! :)

    auticus you look handsome with long and short hair! I like to change my look every once in a while. I don't tend to cut my hair short but the color fluctuates all the time. You never know what color I will be next from blonde to red to black. It is fun to mix things up. ;)

    I personally prefer short hair. My husband has long hair right now. He’s a drummer in a band and it makes him happy to have it long. It was short when we met in 2004 so I’m still partial to that, but of course, I still love him no matter what :)

    My husband was growing his hair out when I met him and had chin-length hair for several years. He had to get it cut short (for him) and had it around eye/cheek level for a while. He's growing it out again and I couldn't be happier. When it's long enough to pull back he keeps the top/front pulled back in a half ponytail. Sounds weird, looks GOOD. It keeps his hair neat during the day but I still get long hair to run my hands through. Complete disclaimer: He has super-thick, straight hair the color of dark chocolate. It would be a shame to cut it off. It also tends to get super fluffy if it doesn't have some length to hold it down. And he's a professional artist. Earrings and long hair are kind of expected.

    I prefer guys with long hair, most the guys where I live have short hair...thanks military base.

    Yes, yes, yes! Perhaps I should clarify....I wouldn't turn a man down because he had long hair. It's just a usual preference. I prefer more good inside traits than outside!

    The long hair is just like icing on the cake! :wink:
