I QUIT finally and forever on dec11th , I watched what I ate so lost 2 pounds, then i piled on the pounds over christmas , 7-10 , smoking is an appetite supressant so you will eat more when you stop, you have to stick with the programme , you may gain at first but you can lose again , its well worth the extra stamina you gain. I also think you have to be in the right frame of mind , it took me well over a year to finally kick the habbit x GL0
