my dad ordered bear mace that fits on your fingers for while your running. no one is allowed to run on the roads or trails until it get here. lol. Today was my first outside run (i was running on the indoor track at the gym) so I went to the local high school track to do it. Felt good to be outside where there were no animals. lol.0 -

March 10th: walk/jog 3.1 miles. My "practice" session for my first 5k in 2 weeks. I finished in 41:54. That was the first time I crossed the under 14 minute mile. Cautious of injury, I had backed off the jog/walk until I lose a bit more weight and can be consistent with a jog form (when I fatigue, I forget to focus on form). It was nice to see that with even focusing on just walking faster, the speed and stamina carries over to when I want to jog/walk
