    My Goals
    2.4 mile swim (3.86 km)
    125 mile bike (200 km)
    62.5 mile run (100 km)
    spend less time lifting and more time biking and running
    455 lb deadlift at end of month.

    I would love to complete 2 ironmans for the month. That means:
    swim: 4.8
    walk/run: 52.4
    Bike: 224

    March 1 - 7: Swim - 2.25, walk - 19.5, bike - 0 (no bike until March 9)
    March 8 - 14: Swim - 1.0, walk - 10.5, bike - 51
    March 15 - 19: Swim - 0.5, walk - 8.6, bike - 36.5

    Total: Swim - 3.5, walk - 38.6, bike - 87.5

    Still a long way to go and less than 2 weeks to finish. Hope my knee lets me finish this.

    Looks like some strong work this month from the group. I can't believe I missed posting so many days!

    March 16h swim 0.5 miles slow
    March 17th bike 8 miles
    March 18th bike 8 miles
    March 19th walk 2 miles bike 10 miles

    Goals 4.5 miles swim, 112 miles bike, 26.2 miles walk

    Totals to date:

    swim 3.42 miles
    bike 116 miles goal met (I severely underestimated my time for outdoor cycling this month as it has been unseasonably warm)
    walk 19.6 miles

    bike 116 miles goal met (I severely underestimated my time for outdoor cycling this month as it has been unseasonably warm)
    walk 21.6 miles

    It better stop storming...or else it is another day on the track for me (really wanted to get a swim in, but pool closes d/t lightening...Who am I to be complaining...the weather has been great up until today :)

    Swimming this week so I'll have 2/3 done for sure. Running I'm a bit behind on...I just needed a mental break from running after my half marathon at the beginning of the month, more of a break than expected when I set my goals. You guys are doing great. Keep it up!
