    Wow...amazing and very insipring. I need to lose 150 and I am just starting out (again). It is great the your friends and family supported you...unfortunately I don't have much support so it has been a struggle but after seeing that you lost so much in just a year it gives me inspiration that I could possibly do this in a years time :) thank you for inspiring me

    Again, thanks everyone for the kind words! I am not one to reflect on what I have done (I usually like to focus on looking forward), but you all have made me feel really good about myself today. Thanks!! Answering a few questions, I don't have any local Atlanta races lined up currently, but that will change soon. I am from Pittsburgh, and went to college at Pitt (and played football there).

    Wow, talk about inspiration, thank you for sharing!! You made me realize I can reach my goal as well. I have set my first goal as 100lbs the I have 85 more to go to reach my long term goal.
