i honestly think its shameful. before i get all raked over let me first be clear. I am a christian woman and I believe that my body, my temple, is for the one man i dedicate my life to. NOT for all you people to see on here. There are many outfits that show off the body in great ways. Such as spandex or yoga pants. I personally would not find offense in a woman taking a picture in her sports bra and a pair of yoga pants. But please, spare me the half naked bikini mini pics. Its pretty gross no matter how beautiful and/or skinny and/or fit you are.

If she didn't want it seen, it could have been made private. However, she had it posted publicly on a public site, so I did nothing wrong.

Ok once again I'm talking about the distasteful pic! I said I have a pic of myself in a bikini that you found, so what... I like other women had lost a lot of weight and was showing it off. I have it up there for inspiration for myself to look like that again esp after having 2 kids in the last 3 years...

Personally, I would never post a picture of myself in undergarments (and that includes sports bras), but to each their own. It doesn't impact my life if someone else wants to post pics of themselves in their sports bras. I might consider posting pics of myself in a bathing suit (bikini), and yes I think there is a difference between a bathing suit and a sports bra.0

Honestly, I've only read what the OP has posted and the first comment.... then I got lazy and did not feel like reading the rest. So, to sum it up- if a picture makes you uncomfortable then you should most likely flag it because the half naked pics or the ones where it's just an arm covering up the "goods" isn't allowed. The volunteers or mods or whatever of the site can only check these images if we the people who use MFP flag things we feel may be against the TOS (Terms of Service). So, flag it and move on. C:0

I love to see these before and after pics. This is how I stay motivated. We (overweight people) are constantly made to feel ashamed of our bodies, so it is great to see before and after pics that show skin because I want to know what it looks like because I want to get an idea of how my body will look after I lose the weight.
It is really simple...If you don't like it don't look. The posts always let you know there are photos and a lot will also tell you if they are bikini or underwear pics.0 -

Guys showing off their chest is more acceptable? At my gym they have an album with before after pictures, both male and female. I think it's great to see how people can make their body into something they can be proud of. I have not seen one picture on this site that I found offensive.0
