    I am testing this week to see how many I can do without a weighted vest (I have been using the vest the past 3 months). Today I managed 28 wide grip pull-ups. I will be testing the chin-ups later this week and will report back; my goal for these is 30.

    SA=0

    LA= M/225/0/0

    I suck at it but I refuse to give up. I continue to try during workouts and I will get there

    I couldn't do any when I started. I was 278lbs, now I'm around 191.
    I can do around 12-15 underhand, 5-6 overhand.

    Omg, I just realised this thread is about pullUPS, not pushUPS. Doh. In that case, my answer is none :laugh:

    Did 4 sets of wide grip and 4 sets of close grip pullups last night using a 25 lb plate. Been stuck on 20lbs for a while. Think the V thread inspired me. :happy:
