    Most TRUE types foods like Chinese, Mediterranean etc... only exception is Italian but somethings I won't eat)
    White bread (don't like the taste)
    Rice (I think rice is gross)

    i wish i was as strick as you on my self:noway: i would have all my weight off when i do get their mine will be no white pasta no white rice sodas coffee wheat pasta and pork because it has so much fat in it and no bread :noway: thats a hard but i would have alot meat fresh vegs including potatoes brown rice beans all beans olive oil all fish

    I used to drink it and then I realized that the sulfates made my stomach issues worse. I do drink wine very occasionally but it's usually a single glass every 3-6 months. Maybe I should have put that in my rarely category...

    Never- soda: gave it up in October 2011.

    Rarely- alcohol: do drink on occasion but when I do only have one or two drinks.

    Everything else is fair game, and unfortunately I eat some things quite frequently that I should be eating not as much (ice cream, and mocha moolates).

    Never: I can't say I NEVER eat anything. As a culinary arts major, you learn that a chef must be open to ALL kinds of foods, so I can't say there is anything I won't try.

    Rarely: All dairy products (lactose intolerant) Acidic fruits and fruit drinks (Acid Reflux Disease) and frozen meals (even though I keep a few in the freezer for emergencies, better than fast food!)

    Always:
    Tea, oatmeal (almost always), water, fruits, veggies, almost always bread.
