Just started new rules of lifting today, and I will be so happy if I see results like any of these. Well done everyone.0 -

Although I've been on & off lifting weights before but I started lifting heavy seriously last year & now can squat 75 lbs., lunge & bench press 60 lbs., deadlift 30 kg. or about 70 pounds & can do arm & shoulder exercises using 35 lbs. each arm.0 -
