    I would also like to know how much l am burning, lm 5.5 tall and weigh 150lb and on day 2 of level 2. Please help or tell me how to calculate it!

    Depends on your weight/metabolism and other factors. We're all different.but as a general rule circuit training burns between 200-250calories per session (give or take) When I was doing it I burned 200 calories per session.

    I just log it as circuit training so it logs as 202 calories. Give or take that should be about right! I'm 130 lbs an 5'9

    I'm 287 and I have been using my HRM on level 1 and I burn 400-426 calories.
    I log it as circuit training and it comes up very, very close for me.

    During level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred I burned 184 calories. I used the Polar RS 100 heart rate monitor, & I am a 180 lb, 5' 2" female, age 32. It also calculated fat calories burned at 50%.

    I dont have one of those gadgets to check my heart rate so i use fit click and i weigh 179 now it says my calories burned doing 27mins is 363

    if someone ways 108 pounds how many calorieis do they burn doing:
    a) level 1
    b) level 2
    c) level 3

    (not all in the same day though) :)

    Its 3 levels in 30 days. Technically you're suppose to do each level for 10 days, but you judge when you're ready to move up. If you're still having difficulty with a level at the 10 day mark then stay with it. If the level seems easy just add a little weight to the exercises until the 10 day mark. :O)
