    An observation.
    You like Carson McCullers.
    That's some good reading.

    You are correct, sir
Carson was the queen of words
    But is so unknown

    I can't help thinking
That Faulkner got all the credit
    'Cos he had a wiener

    to write good haiku
    you must focus on nature
    else is senryu

    dark blanket lowers
    weeps copious tears on all
    dank winter conquers

    amber liquid flows
    cloaking Autumn covers woods
    in dazzling raiments

    humming buzzing hordes
    plunder nectar laden blooms
    for honeyed bounty

    One hundred eight years
    After the longest dry spell
    Is the curse broken?

    Curse is smashed to dirt.
The goat is at long last dead.

    As I Lay Dying,
    you must admit, is greatness
    Faulkner was brilliant.

    As too was Carson.
    Much talent in that genre.
    Ever read William Gay?

    Wanting to be seen
    But never being noticed
    It weighs on her heart

    A lesson of life
    Never look outside for what
    Is found in yourself

    This is good advice
    sadly not always fitting
    all situations

    Advice is like shoes
    It doesn't always fit but
    Often worth the try...

    There you go again.
    Beating up on poor Monday.
    She can't catch a break.

    Embracing Monday.
    That may be a start. Right now;
    Try accepting her.

    Is it the end yet?
    Of this monday of suckage?
    Its just afternoon.

    You, too, small faerie?
    Hating on the innocent?
    Poor, unloved Monday.

    Change is sometimes good.
Maybe it is what you need.
    Hope you find it soon.

    When the time changes
but the children stay the same
    you hate the mondays.

    Time changes are tough.
    Children or no. Verily.
    You are understood.
