Can I still join the blue team?

Is this correct? We just send you(RachVR6) e-mails with our weights every week?

    Thanks

Me neither. I had to work today and just got home. Does shelving hundreds of books at a school library count as exercise? Maybe strength training. I'm pretty tired but will try to go for a walk after the sun goes down. It's about 100 degrees right now.

I haven't worked out today, either! By the time I got up the motivation to get off the couch to exercise, my daughter was waking up from her nap. I'm just not feeling it at all today. And when my daughter goes to bed tonight, I'm going right there with her! I don't even think I'm going to wait up for my husband's phone call.

We went for a walk and while we were walking and my son was biking he was almost hit by a truck. I took his bike away because my son was the one that wasn't paying attention and the truck would have never seen him. I parked the bike and told him he would walk too. He was upset with me for a long time. Then he told me that I had to go get the bike after our walk. :grumble: OOOOO the nerve. Then I went and had a wine cooler. :grumble: I'm so upset with myself I was going to be good all week and I didn't. My legs are so sore. They are so sore like after the 30day shred sore. I'm walking like you were talking about Rach the peg leg person lol. BUt its a 30day challenge and I intend to follow through with it.

Well I'm all moved out. Well I'm upset but at the same time I'm really happy. I went and bought myself a 22in LCD TV and am using it as a computer monitor. It's AMAZING compared to the 15in I'm used to and now when I get netflix I can lay in bed and watch them.

I got plenty of exercise with all the moving...my back is already sore...but I've got sooo much stuff to go through and put away. I'm sure half of it will end up at the goodwill tomorrow because I haven't touched it in a year or so. I'll enjoy it though. Decluttering makes me feel sooo good.

Oh and I dyed my hair a deep mahogany. The red needs redone every couple weeks to keep from being orange and now I feel fresh and new.

Btw, I LOVE YOU ALL!!!! :flowerforyou:

I'm back-woooo, there was damage. Missed the weigh in. Had a great time, a little too great maybe. You guys are all in a rutt it seems...me too. My basement is being worked on so all my equipment is out of order. Now what. I entered the 1/2 Marathon in June and am now wondering if I'll be ready enough. Not too much motivation here that's for sure. Great work on the weight loss. What can we do to all get our vibe back?:ohwell:

Well I'm digging holes in the backyard today so I think that definitely counts as my exercise today. We're digging to find our sprinkler lines so we can put a new lawn in - ours has been gone for a couple years. The slave driver is back from Lowe's so back to work.

I'm up this morning and busy packing. Made my brother and I some eggs and got right to work. It's getting hott out, but once I get everything put away, I'll have a bunch of laundry to do and a goodwill trip to make. I think maybe when it starts getting dark I'll go for a run, if I don't have my workout stuff set up yet.:drinker:

I filled my water bottle and am sipping it while I sort through my stuff!

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend...

I've been a busy bee all morning, finding sales going on this weekend (by the way, Old Navy has their flip flops on sale for $1 today!), now I need to actually get out there and hit the sales LOL. Later this afternoon, going to set up the slip & slide for the kids and hang out with them in the back yard.

I've been doing really well on everything, so I'm taking today off of exercise, just to give myself a break. Still eating right and drinking water though.

Emmie... gardening/digging is DEFINITELY considered exercise lol... make sure you drink plenty of water!

Rach... good luck with the packing/moving/unpacking... moving is no fun. Sounds like you have a busy day!

Wow everyone must be busy today!

Well most of my stuff is in its place, just have some laundry to finish up and a couple more things in my car. I got my area in the basement ready for p90x on monday and I have my C25k schedule all planned out. Feeling good!

I'm off to bed now, and getting up early to go to breakfast with my dad and his lady friend. :flowerforyou:

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend!

I have no idea what has gotten into me lately. I've been craving sweets like none other the last week and I've gone over my calories for the last three days! :grumble: I have to get myself under control.

so I just did my stats and have lost 3 lbs. and 4.5 inches! wow!

I haven't noticed much change, other than my tummy is a little less "fluffy" LOL and my arms do look more defined (but didn't lose inches there, so dunno what to think about that)

Hoping to lose another lb. before weigh day... suweet!

I really, really, really need to go grocery shopping! Maybe I'll find my motivation while I'm there and I can buy it back...

Since I don't have fresh fruits and veggies on hand, I've not been snacking much and this is leading me to eat more at each meal. I had half a Domino's medium thin crust pizza for dinner! It wasn't as good as the pizza place up the street but it was cheaper and lower in calories. I only order a whole pizza when I have people to share it with and my parents were here, so I took advantage of a night of no cooking! I officially hit 10 pounds lost today but I'm not weighing in and changing stats until Wednesday. I need some motivation to keep working to get it off and keep it off. The rain here has really been a bummer for taking my daughter for walks. She's been restless being cooped up in the house but we don't really have anywhere else to go right now. I'm hoping she'll enjoy an outing to the grocery store tomorrow because she won't be eating if we don't go!!!

Hope you all have a fabulous Memorial Day!

So i did my step aerobics class on Saturday and I was just a tad sore today, but nothing bad, so i thought i would try out a new class call Fat Burn.

Damn that kicked my butt, i felt like i was with the trainer again and i burned 900 calories in an hour.
I was feeling energized so we decided to work on the landscaping. Pulling weeds, planting flowers, laying mulch, splitting hostas, digging, etc. I CAN'T MOVE, I hurt so bad. I think i did way too much today. On the bright side. My landscaping looks great, and with all the work outside i bet i burned an additional 500 calories at least.

I hope i can move tomorrow to do my cardio. I really want to hit the 50 pounds lost by Wednesday. Have a great Memorial Day everyone. Oh and don't forget your water.:drinker:

Carrie, never weigh yourself at TOM. I did a couple weeks ago and cried LOL!! Men have it so easy, they don't even realize...

ngwife, I do that too sometimes... let my groceries dwindle down to nothing. I hate it. Unfortunately, not much I can do about it some months haha. Hope you are able to get all you need today.

to those of us feeling out of shape... hang in there. It WILL get easier and you WILL amaze yourself if you just keep plugging along. I had not worked out seriously in over 5 years and started in March of this year. I was so angry with myself for "letting myself go" but had health issues and still do but now I can ignore them haha. My point is, right now, it feels like giving up. Don't! Just keep exercising and the fitness and results will come. Promise. (I got my fitness back but need my results LOL)

I'm going to exercise right after I catch up on here.. I have some momentum going and DO NOT want that to go away, so I'm going to hit it hard, followed by another day of good eating and drinking tons of water hehe. I'm on a roll, can't help myself... think this is the longest I've gone feeling this good and getting this much benefit from it... makes me happy!

    Hello!! :flowerforyou:

Things are getting weird here. TMI WARNING... I'm having some girl issues. I'm on the depo shot, had some spotting a few weeks ago (it's near time to get the shot) and now my nips are too sore to touch and I can tell my hormones are going nuts!! I researched and I'm either pregnant, ovulating, PMSing like never before or going through menopause. LOL, so... I'm afraid to take a pregnancy test... I guess we'll see....

On a lighter (denial) note... I've lose another pound. :drinker: :glasses:

Egad Leigh, that's enough send anyone off the wall!:noway: Don't worry, it's probably just PMS. I gardened yesterday as my rest day, and was STARVING! I carbed out so bad at 830 at night, up I'm again.
For the last 10 pounds, I have struggled and struggled. I get it down a bit, then boom-sabbatoge myself or something. Today it is pouring, Islept in, and now need to get motivation to do something.:ohwell: I'm, also sore and stiff.....

I have been doing the same thing! I feel like I gain and lose the same weight again and again. Keep pushing through it! I know you can do it!!! We'll get through it together! :flowerforyou: The biggest thing for me is telling myself that I DESERVE to be happy and healthy. For some reason, that's really hard for me to accept!

So I went and did a 2 mile walk/run today with my dad. I ran the first mile without stopping. The second mile I walked and ran a little. I am still getting over my cough so that didn't make it easy. But I burned a bunch of calories. I just hope that the scale shows it this week for weigh in.

I am already stressing about school for the summer semester. I have to do a 8 observations in different classrooms and school is almost ending for the elementary schools. Which means I am going to be super busy. I know that once I get these observations done I will have a more relaxed semester.

Hope that everyone is having a healthy week.

I exercised for 2 hours and burnt 1020 cals. Now of course I could eat EVERTHING in site! I'm craving Costco Gourmet cookies. One of biggest weeknesses. I just shoved a wad of sugar free double bubble in my trap, that should keep me busy for a bit anyway.....
I definitly need a buddy support plan for this last 10. It's making me insane!

Well, hubby and I got into a fight today via text and e-mail. It's been brewing for the last few days. I'm really mad because I woke up motivated. I worked out and was feeling really good and being sweet to him and in one sentence, he just crashed my whole day. It's not really that he's being a jerk or anything like that, it's just that I'm frustrated with him because he doesn't seem to get it no matter how much we talk things over.

Anyway, this delayed my grocery shopping and therefore, I ended up having a bag of popcorn for dinner. The good news is that the "movie theater butter" popcorn is gone from the house! I bought it long before I started this and I have no intention of buying it again. Even more good news is that I did the 30 Day Shred today and I have about 750 calories left to redeem myself this evening. I really wanted to buy the special memorial day cookie cake at the grocery store but I knew if I bought anything from the bakery, it would be gone tonight - and there's no one here to share it with! So, I just enjoyed the sweet, sweet smell of cookies, cupcakes and donuts and went on my merry shopping way...

hmo... Hang in there. Those gourmet cookies are calling my name, too. :ohwell:
