Make sure you take a Vit C supplement. Apparently you have a 131% chance of loosing more weight. I read that in a fitness mag (although you can't always believe what you read -- Vit C is still good for you)0

I take nothing. I get all my nutrients from food. IMO Thats where they should come from.
Bull. Unless you sit around the house all day., food these days does not contain all the requirements that a very fit and active individual needs.0
