    8 miles on foot today: a 3 mile run, and 5 miles of walking the crazy dog, whom I shall now always think of as "Ross," thanks to you, Dinos.

    And now, I'm so tired that I'm really hoping DH will volunteer to walk the dog this evening when he gets home from work....

    Hi all

    Swam 1 mile and jogged/walked 3.5. I'm getting behind on my swim miles and find those harder to catch up on. Guess I will have to find a way to move my @ss quicker and farther..lol

    Thinktank congrats! You have built a great base. Stick with it and speed will come (at least that's what I keep telling myself LOL).
    Lucky Susan - great effort today!
    Everyone else too numerous to mention - nice moving.

    I had to go into the city today and didn't get to run, but I walked to all my appointments and was surprised when I checked my route on google maps that I had logged 6 miles!

    Thanks!! My knee bothered me during month 1 but hasn't bothered me in month 2 of Insanity but now that I'm trying to mix in some running again cuz I realized how much I missed it, I'm getting a stupid sharp pain at about the 1.5 mile mark :/

    Weight lifting this morning, so I went easy on the running - otherwise, I feel like I won't have enough energy to push the barbell all the way up after 10 reps!

    Today I swam 1.5 miles...jogged/walked 6 miles...biked 5 miles.

    I also completed day 1 of week 7 of C25k and I'm do happy because I had to redo this day but finally got it done!

    Almost 1/2 way to goal...woohoo
