Update for yesterday and today - between the two another 5.5 miles.
I'm on pace for my 70 running miles.

So far for my 100km challenge
April 1st - 10km (run)
April 3rd - 10km (run, bike, xtrainer)
April 5th - 10km (bike, xtrainer)
70km to go
Going at a good rate so far - will defo have to up it for May's challenge. Thought it would be difficult to manage the 100km!!0 -

4-4 Treadmill 3.6 miles, 1.4 stairmaster (+weights)
