26.406 miles down and 3.594 miles to go.
NSV ... the cardiac surgeon cleared me to finally drive today and I was cleared by cardiac rehab last Friday to start doing structured activity outside of rehab. The two combined means that I can finally get back in the gym and start working out beyond rehab!0
