    2 miles playing half-court basketball yesterday, and 10 miles cycling today.
    I really need to do some work on my upper body strength, but I have a herniated disk which is a problem

    7.2 miles walking today: 5 miles on a shaky hotel treadmill this morning, 2.2 miles walking the crazy dog after I got home.

    4/17= 13.5 miles
    4/18= 3 miles walking (car broke down! Uggggg!)
    4/19= 11.5 miles bike
    4/20= 10.45 (3.0 walk/jog + 7.45 bike (5 miles backwards!! Major burn! )
    4/21= 14.47 miles bike (7 miles backwards)
    4/22= 2 miles walking

    Weight training this morning, so I only ran 2.24 miles 'cause I didn't want to die during my weight lifting session... :wink:
    Ouf! Finally pass the 50 miles mark... I'll have to run more if I want to meet my goal!! :ohwell:

    Took a rest day yesterday. Still raining today so 5 miles on the treadmill. Going to have to push to make my goal but I think I can do it.

    4.169 miles today in a mix of treadmill and cycling at cardiac rehab.

    26.406 miles down and 3.594 miles to go.

    NSV ... the cardiac surgeon cleared me to finally drive today and I was cleared by cardiac rehab last Friday to start doing structured activity outside of rehab. The two combined means that I can finally get back in the gym and start working out beyond rehab!
