    Ran 6.29 miles this morning in 45 minutes. My best time ever!!

    Since I finally can eat before my run and since I began my weight lifting program, I can see a big difference in my pace. But there's no way that I'll be able to repeat that pace this week, or maybe ever again!

    Congrats to all who have made their goals!:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: I'm going to have to push myself to get to mine. Hoping to do a long run tomorrow -- wish me luck. 3 miles walking today, but also discovered I missed a day somewhere so have added that as well.

    Walked 3.2 miles yesterday.
    Today: walked 1.5 miles (so far); biked 17.6 miles.

    April 9th - 6km
    April 10th - 14km
    April 11th - 1km
    April 12th - 10km
    April 13th - 10km
    April 15th - 20km
    April 17th - 6km
    April18th - 7km (woo hoo made it past the 100km I set myself)
    April 19th - 6km
    April 21st - 8km

    32 to go to 150km

    Got flu so haven't been able to get out for a few days :(

    looks like i'm on track to make goal...just have to keep up with the daily goals/workouts i have set up....

    SOO close...only 8 miles to go and a whole week to do it...should* be easy, but the schedule for the next few days is going to be the real challenge for me here. Not sure how, but I'm going to have to stop feeling defeated already and put my big boy underwear on and figure it out, I guess. :ohwell:

    I guess it's not called a challenge for nothing...

    Sunday - 3, Monday 5.5, Tuesday 2.5 and this morning 2.5 = 13.5 added miles since last update. Brings me to 71/80 for the month!!!

    4.113 today in a mix of cycle and treadmill.

    30.519 miles down and 0.519 miles over my goal. Now going for "gravy" over the next few days.

    Hi all

    Today I swam 1.5 miles and ran/walked 3.5 miles.
    The best part of my day was graduating from the C25K program....yeah

    Inching closer to my goal here!
