Hello MFP, I'm trying to tone my midsection, and I read on the forums that crabs are bad for bellyfat. My question is, what kind of foods should I eat to make sure my diet is low crab?

Thanks MFP.

I heard pizza is a vegetable now so you should probably eat lots of those.

    Good luck.

    edit: crabs, heh.

Based on the title, I was going to tell you to "use protection." But then I started reading. One of the best ways to keep your crabs low is to avoid poisonous sugar.

Avoid crabs at all costs. But the imitation "Krab" is just fine.

You need to focus on a bare diet. When they crabs have no where to hide they look for greener pastures.

    Also, floss regularly.

I may be wrong - but I think a Paleo diet will keep the crabs low.

Why would you be avoiding crabs? Did your doctor tell you to?

It's not the crabs that are so bad for bellyfat, it's the eggs. Is it a good medicated shampoo and a small toothed comb that will help with that or am I a little off there?
